PLEASE NOTE:

Cut-Off Date
All new subscriptions placed on or before the 10th of each month will begin with the following month’s issue. Orders placed after the 10th will start with the next available issue after that. Eg: an order placed after December 10 will begin with the February issue.

Billing
Subscriptions renew automatically each month on the date you first subscribed. You can cancel or update your subscription at any time through your customer portal.

Shipping
Issues ship from Western Canada on or around the 25th of every month. Eg: the January issue will ship on December 25. Delivery times vary by region and may take up to 2–4 weeks within Canada or 4–6 weeks internationally.
